Various programs and resources are available to make care accessible to all. These are the programs we support. We will verify eligibility with you.
Community Care Services Program (CCSP)
Provides community-based services as an alternative to nursing home placement, helping eligible individuals remain safely in their own homes. This program is administered by the Division of Aging Services.
Independent Care Waiver Program (ICWP)
Supports individuals with physical disabilities or traumatic brain injuries by providing in-home services as an alternative to nursing facility care.
SOURCE Program
A Medicaid-funded program that coordinates primary medical care with long-term support services to help individuals maintain independence and continue living in the community.
Veteran’s Pay
Utilizes Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits, such as the Aid and Attendance program, to fund personalized, in-home care services that support eligible veterans and their surviving spouses in maintaining their independence.
Private Pay
You also have the flexibility to self-pay. Our private pay option offers flexible, self-funded home care services for individuals who need assistance with daily living activities and personal supervision.
